RACE OVERVIEW – DUATHLON

Challenge yourself at the 2026 USA Triathlon New Jersey State Triathlon @ Wonders Triathlon – Duathlon set in the stunning Swartswood State Park. The race kicks off with a 3K Run  within the park on a mix of packed dirt doublewide trail and paved roads. Next you will head out for a 22K bike course featuring a scenic ride circumnavigating Swartswood Lake. You will be heading out of the park for your 10K Run with a start on a tree lined trail that takes you through paved roads. Finish strong back in the park and join us for our post race Beach party.
