DESCRIPTION:  \n  Trail Run Marathon\, Half Marathon\, 10K\, 5K \n \n  \nTranscend features our most accessible Trail Run with plenty of fast and flowy trails.\nDon’t worry\, there still will be plenty of challenge with 850 feet elevation gain for each 10K / 6 .7 Mile loop. \nThe Top 15 runners in the Marathon\, Half Marathon & 10K Categories will earn points towards being crowned Way Over Yonder Trail Run series champion. (Overall for Marathon and 10 Year Age Groups for 10k and Half) \nAs usual we’ll have professional sports photographer \, One Imaging Photography in the woods getting absolutely epic photos of you. \nCOURSE MAP \nTranscend “10K” Loop is 6.7 Miles with 850 feet elevation gain. \nHalf Marathon will do 2 loops and Marathon 4 loops. \n5K will have a shortened 3.5 miles version of the loop with only 280 feet elevation gain. \nClick Map To Launch Gaia GPS where you can also download GPX \nYou can also use the Gaia GPS App on your phone \n         10K Loop                                                                                     5K Loop \n          \n  \nDIRECTIONS \nBlack River Barn in Randolph has generously provided us with use of their restaurant parking for our event. \nEach racer will also get 10% off food & drink following the event. \nSo we do not impact their well established brunch business\, we’ve committed to have all of our Trail Runners out of the parking lot by 11:00 (unless of course you decide to stay and eat & drink at the restaurant). \nAll 5K & 10K  should park at Black River Barn \nHalf Marathon Runners that can finish in 3 hours or less should park at Black River Barn. \nExtended parking for Marathon Runners and Half Marathon Runners that need more than 3 hours is at Education Station 1176 NJ-10\, Randolph\, NJ 07869. (Yes you can walk right over. to the Start area) \n  \nAID STATION(s) \nOne Aid Station will be at the end of each loop\, just after the finish truss that racers will pass through each lap. \nWe will have Hydration Mix\, Water\, Coke\, GU Gels\, Stroppwaffles\, Clif Bars & Swedish Fish / Sour Patch. \nRacers can also stage their own Hydration/Nutrition in this area. \nWe’re working on a second mid-10K loop aid station in the back of the park\, but need more volunteers to cover. \nIf any racer knows of a charitable organization that would be interested in covering or if you have friends or family thatt could do a shift for a few hours then we can make this happen. SUMMARY:Running The Best - Way Over Yonder Trail Run Series
DESCRIPTION:Welcome to the second race of the 2022 Way Over Yonder Trail Run Series! \nRace takes place at one of the most majestic jewels of the northeast – Wawayanda State Park. \nEach 6.4 mile (10k) loop features spectacular views of majestic Wawayanda Lake. \nThe course is rolling hills and there is not a killer fire tower type climb. \nWhile we recommend athletes stage their own hydration and nutrition\, we will have well stocked aid station near the start/finish. \nBoth the Marathon & Half Marathon will do a one mile prologue before heading into their first lap. \nRunners will go through the finish arch to complete each lap before making a right hand turn to head up fire road and out for next lap. \nThe Marathon will do four laps of the course\, the Half will do two. \nThe 10K will do one lap and the 5K will do a shorter Sprint lap. \nTop 15 in each 10 year group will earn points towards winning the series and earning a specailly designed 2022 champion shirt. \nTrail Map & Elevation are on RideWithGPS \nSchedule: \n7:00 AM Packet Pickup Opens \n8:00 AM Marathon & Half Marathon Start \n9:00 AM 10K Start \n9:30 AM 5K Start \nAwards will be shortly after each category finishes. \n \n
