Race Overview – Olympic Distance
Challenge yourself at the 2025 USA Triathlon New Jersey State Triathlon @ Wonders Triathlon – Olympic Distance, set in the stunning Wawayanda State Park. The race kicks off with a Swim in the calm, clear waters of Wawayanda Lake, known for its natural beauty and peaceful setting. Athletes will then take on the bike course featuring a scenic ride with exclusive access to the quiet, rolling roads surrounding Highland Lake. The race finishes with a run on a mix of paved and gravel roads, winding through a majestic forest. Finish strong and join us for our post race Beach party.

 

DISTANCES BY KIDS AGE GROUP

• Ages 7-8 & 9-10: 100 Meter Swim, 4 Mile Bike, 1 Mile Run
• Ages 11-12: 200 Meter Swim, 4 Mile Bike, 1 Mile Run
• Ages 13-14: 400 Meter Swim, 8 Mile Bike, 2 Mile Run
