Official Rules
USA Triathlon Competitive Rules
As a USAT-sanctioned event, the 2026 New Jersey State Championships @ Wonders Triathlon is governed by the Official USA Triathlon Competitive Rules. All athletes are responsible for reviewing and following these rules, which cover drafting, helmets and equipment, transition, race conduct, and penalties. Violations are enforced by USAT officials on course.
Rules apply to every participant regardless of Annual or One-Day membership status.
