Race Overview – SPRINT Distance
Challenge yourself at the 2025 USA Triathlon New Jersey State Triathlon @ Wonders Triathlon – Olympic Distance, set in the stunning Wawayanda State Park. The race kicks off with a 750-meter swim in the calm, clear waters of Wawayanda Lake, known for its natural beauty and peaceful setting. Athletes will then take on a 20K bike course featuring a scenic ride with exclusive access to the quiet, rolling roads surrounding Highland Lake. The race finishes with a 5K run on a mix of paved roads, cinder path and gravel roads, winding through a majestic forest. Finish strong and join us for our post race Beach party.
