RACE OVERVIEW: SUPER SPRINT

Challenge yourself at the 2025 USA Triathlon New Jersey State Triathlon @ Wonders Triathlon – Super Sprint Distance, set in the stunning Wawayanda State Park. The race kicks off with a 400-meter swim in the calm, clear waters of Wawayanda Lake, known for its natural beauty and peaceful setting. Athletes will then take on a 8 Mile bike course featuring newly paved sections of the park road. The race finishes with a 2 Mile Run on a mix of paved roads, cinder path and gravel roads, winding through a majestic forest. Finish strong and join us for our post race Beach party.
