Where Jersey Gravel Began.
In 2018, 65 riders joined us for the first Jersey Gravel Grinder. What started as one Jersey Gravel adventure grew into a community that keeps coming back for the roads, the challenges, and each other.
Fourteen editions later, the spirit hasn’t changed. We’ve simply found more roads worth exploring and more friends to share them with.
What began as one Jersey Gravel adventure now runs twice a year. The Spring Jersey Gravel Grinder returns May 2, and the Fall Jersey Gravel Deux follows on September 26, each with its own unique routes.

Jersey Gravel Grinder is a Gran Fondo experience across the renowned unpaved roads of the Bedminster area, flowing into the best dirt roads and trails Somerset, Morris and Hunterdon Counties have to offer.
Some come to race. Others for the miles, the roads and the camaraderie. There’s no wrong way to ride Jersey Gravel.

Final 2027 GPS files will be posted here before race day. In the meantime you can preview the 2026 courses, which show the terrain and character of each distance, on RideWithGPS.
Ride Hard. Regroup. Repeat.
This is a ride first. A handful of optional timed segments are there if you want them, and leaderboards go up online afterward for bragging rights. Clear signage marks the Approach, Start and End of each segment, so you know exactly when to hammer and when to soft-pedal and chat. Between segments, the clock stops. Racing them is entirely optional.
GPS Segment Timing (Pending)
Segment times are captured by GPS through a timing app riders download before race day. The 2027 platform is still being finalized. App details and setup instructions will be posted here and sent by email.
Marked & Mapped
The 2027 courses will be marked, with GPS files provided to all registered riders before the event.
Yes, We Take Our Gravel Seriously. Our Pancakes Too.
The climbs are real. So are the pancakes. Our aid stations are more than places to refill a bottle. They’re where you catch up with friends, share a story, and get ready for whatever the next stretch of gravel brings.
Stations every 20-30 miles: fresh pancakes with real maple syrup, pierogies, GU gels, hydration mix, water, Coke, bananas, cookies and pickle juice, plus toilets and hand sanitizer.

Cross the finish line, grab something cold, enjoy a well-earned meal, and stick around for ice cream. Cheer on the riders still coming in. Revisit the climbs, the wrong turns you almost made, and the moments that made the day.

Pricing
Our pricing rewards early sign-ups and each ride category has limited space. Prices increase either by date or when a category sells out.

- Change distance any time by editing your entry in BikeReg, paying only the price difference.
- Deferral or transfer requests must be made at least 14 days before the event.
- A $20 processing fee applies for either option.
- Transfer your registration value to another rider.
- Deferral credit is good for 12 months and may be used toward any Ready Set Go Adventures cycling event with registration on BikeReg.com.
